I can recommend bitcoin.de if you're in Europe. About the same price, and as long as you stick to gold-level sellers your money/BTC is safe. If I hadn't gone that route I would've missed buying in by several days.

You're going to lose business Gox. Just cause you can't get your freaking act together. With the amount of money your trading now, you should be upgrading your systems. Otherwise some smart VC's going to fund another exchange and build it properly from the ground up.
