I dont know why people beleive on such scams. U can see he is clearly saying its a referral link and after u will signup so post email on thread. But if 1have done the task then others should had wait to confirm payment..
Else if you want to try then go ahead.

After making a thread here suddenly he disappear. So irresponsible, a newbie like that should not be tolerated, I think admins and moderators should make a new rule here or restrictions like not allowing newbies to make there own thread here in services.
