By access to account, that is bitcointalk accounts? What are the rate for repaymwnt and what about term lenght?

If you are refering this site for lending services then you are wrong section, just move this thread. And please try to write in OP of some important information about this site, it don't differs from those bitcointalk users who have lending services. And what do you mean
"Your account as collateral"? Is that bitcointalk account?

Why is there a 5+7=? at the end?
