This is written in btce conditions when depositing money. What kind of pools are those and why they do not support transactions from them?

Pools like Eligius and P2pool pays the miners through the coinbase of the transaction. Coinbase transactions are different since they require a specific number of confirmations before they are considered valid.

Exchange do not look at these kind of transactions.
