How long does it take for bitcoins to appear in my wallet?

Hello,

I made a cash deposit through bitinstant to buy some bitcoins yesterday. I followed all the instructions and got the proper email confirmations but still haven't received my bitcoins. Contacted ZipZap and Bitinstant as well. No reply from bitinstant yet but ZipZap said the transaction was complete on their end and that I needed to contact bitinstant.

Does anyone know the best way to contact bitinstant and about how long I can expect for the bitcoins to appear in my wallet?
