Maybe you could try HackForums, because as far as I know every organisation who uses .edu email addresses needs to validate the users in order to prevent this sort of abuse. Just to clarify, you are paying $2 for 100 emails or $2 per email?

there are free .edu emails which are crap..can not be used for any purpose
Post your requirements for edu emails ..like if you want to use for amazon prime or dreamspark or Microsoft or mindsumo tec
Otherwise you will end up with useless edu emails
