Is this site for real?

You can buy via bank transfer for less than you can sell.

Why isnt everyone selling at £150 and buying at £130 on there and making loads of money?

it's from person to person. So it depends on the individual seller. Ask them. Maybe they just entered some erratic offers.

Yes the site is for real.

I've made several exchanges with individuals from the site.

I haven't come across a situation yet where I could buy cheaper than I could sell.  If you've found such a situation, and you're sure neither of the individuals (buyer or seller) are running a scam, then perhaps you've found a good opportunity to make a profit?
