Hello.

I need a small favor.
I need someone with funded BTC account to sign a message for me.
I'm willing to pay a fee for the service if we agree.

Thanks.

EDIT:
I have never been involved in any scam or done any scam on this forum
and some people here started to accusing me of scam without any proofs which is really disappointing Sad

For all those who have doubts in my motives please read the following thread:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1608859.0

and the post from the dev:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1608859.msg17235057#msg17235057

If you are not interested please move on and refrain from meaningless comments.
Thank you.

I could do this for you as long as you won't use it for scamming , gambling or adult industry. I have a few questions though :

1. I need to do know what this is for
2. I don't have that much BTC , so how much the wallet should contain (at least) ?
3. Fee you are willing to pay for this job ?

EDIT : After really thinking about it , It really sound phishy and I'm no longer willing to do this

I wouldn't believe anything OP says about what the reason he's doing this.  He's asking for someone to help him lie in the first place.  There's no good reason why anyone would want to pay for signing a message from a funded bitcoin address that they don't own.

Trusted an exchange that climbed to the top 3 in just under 2 years with your money? you are fucking stupid.

No scamming no gambling no adult shit (this one is free all over internet) Smiley

1) Is to participate in distribution of an altcoin.
2) The more it has the better it is.
3) Don't know exactly but i was thinking to pay on percent based upon BTC account size if this sounds logical.
Although I'm open for suggestions.

So my "friend" you don't have better job to do then go around accusing people of lie.
I gave the answer "reasons" please read it.

Thanks.

You're not my friend.  Signing a message from an address is used to prove that you own that address.  If you pays someone to sign from an address that you don't own and use the signed message for something then you're lying.

I checked OP recent posts and It looks like he is honest , Byteball is indeed doing a distribution of bytes using signing messages or by sending a micro payment to prove the ownership of that address so I'm more worried about the altcoin Itself then about freigeist at this point.

It s not a scam. He only tries to get free money by using your signature. So he does not lie but he also does not reveal the entire truth or offers to at least share money with you. Better luck next time OP, when you come clean, people re much more eager to help you out.

This is what he wants:

The fact you want to be part of the free distribution of the coin with somebody else's Bitcoin address is from "not nice" to "scam attempt", depending who you'd ask.
And the % you'd get there would be depending on the amount of BTC in the wallet who signs you the message. So just "funded" is not enough.
And now, since you have shown it's for ByteBall airdrop, tell me why would somebody do this for you instead of taking the benefit for himself......

Hello.

Maybe does not look nice but is not forbidden even the
dev himself never mentioned anything against it, check the posts.

You never know.
There might be a chance even little that some people in BTC do not care about alt coins at all
and a rather willing to earn some BTC even small than mess with any altcoins.

Well i guess I have made a shoot in the dark with this thread  Undecided
Apologies  to anyone who feels scared or offended.
It was not my intention to upset anyone.
