My original account "Hyphymikey" has been locked for some time now. I did was a password change after the hack a while back, then I go to log back in and it says I have been banned and to contact Theymos at the e4ward email. I have emailed numerous times with no reply. I changed my password again the other day with my reset and it still says banned. Can any Staff shine some light on what is going on? I saw the thread on how to prove accounts, but my account was never hacked or signed in from anywhere but my home, and never out of my possession. I would really like my old account back as the old timers are getting back on the wall observer thread.

My account was not hacked and I have the password. Yeah, I know. But from what I've seen (this happened numerous times), using a signed message might help you get your account back if it was locked for security reason. |

But from what I've seen (this happened numerous times), using a signed message might help you get your account back if it was locked for security reason. Just looked at that thread, and I have had about 10 wallets since then so I do not have access to the address on my profile. I do have access to my two vanity addresses still, 1HYPHY and 1hyphy (also addresses 1BTW.. and 1Kwg..). Maybe a staff member can look thru my PMs or old profile info and tie one of those two to my account so I can sign a message? Seems like a lot of work to prove ownership of something worthless to everyone but me, but hey, I want it back. |

I sent everything I needed to Cyrus over a week ago and my account is still locked. Anybody know how long it usually takes?

If you are lucky, you will get your account back soon. But if you are not, well, just patience. Recover an account is not their (admins) main priority |
