Electrum is decentralized and what you call admin can't really help you . I highly suggest explaining your issue (provide Transaction ID , electrum version , operating system you use and what service sent you the coins as a start), the community could definitely help.

If you still insist contacting him then ThomasV is the developer of the wallet : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3137

LOL the developer doesn't control your wallet. It's not a bank!

Tell us what's going on and maybe we can guide you. If there is a problem with a transaction then tell us what you see in your electrum wallet and post the transaction id here so we can check it on the blockchain.

Last week I tried to transfer money using Electrum.
Since the status didn't change to confirmed in a day I checked the info and as it turned out I used one of my old addresses that isn't in use anymore.
However now the status has changed to confirmed.
How's that possible? How can I get my money back?

If the transaction is confirmed then there is nothing you can do. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. It is like digital cash.

Also if you still have access to the wallet with the old address then you can get access to your bitcoins. Some users have the misconception that addresses expire over time but that is not the case.
