Microsoft "Account Temporarly Suspended Please Contact Support" error

I have a lot of accounts I log into and after a while I start to see this error...

It use to work with using a phone number to unlock it but now a lot of give me this error. I see this when I haven't logged into them for a while. Changing the password doesn't work since i"ve already tried it. If anyone knows how to fix bypass this error let me know. And I don't have attached phone number on these.

just email them and ask them they wont be asking your id or your financial details

be smart man and contact with them lets see what they say

than post something which is beyond your limits
