I'm looking for someone to code a button or page for my website where the user chooses how much they donate in bitcoin, and has an interface similar to those of merchants in which it says "Send bitcoin here, waiting for payment.. etc" As well as a form they fill out that sends me their info, either through email or using blockchain.info transaction notes.
