Cryptonator.com - transaction is pending forever, support never responds

What happened:
I tried to send 1 BTC from my Cryptonator wallet to a Coinbase wallet. The transaction was listed as "pending" and is now still pending, over a year later. The transaction was never added to the blockchain. I tried to withdraw my remaining bitcoins and the same thing happened. Support first told me to wait a little while and that it would all be alright, and then just stopped responding. I have sent them dozens of messages over time but they just ignored me.

It has indeed been resolved. As far as I am concerned they are not scammers. They do have some serious work to do with their support department.

No answer to any of my support tickets, no help, no money back .. nothing nothing nothing ...

I had several different coins at Cryptonator, I found the Ideas to have good different coins in one place.
Have exchanged some coins, received and sent ... that worked many times.

Because I do not get any help here, I have deducted all coins and can only warn everyone against this website.

DO NOT go to Cryptonator, you will NOT get help with any problems and will lose your money!

This scam accusation you replied to is almost 5 years old.
It would be much better if you created a fresh scam accusation with all the necessary details such as screenshots, chat logs etc.

What made you keep using the service, yet we have other better wallets currently?
