Can trading be considered as gambling??

I consider trading as a professional activity. It requires analysis, research and others knowledges. Gambling you just require luck. But yes, maybe there is a thin line between then. It depends on how you do trading.

If you trade using skill it can not be regarded as gambling, because we can get profit with certainty, with the skills that we have. The trading system basically requires analysis and trade management techniques, so it's not like gambling which only requires luck. But there is a kind of trade that I think belong to the gambling. It is a Binary Option. Binary options are trading but I tend to think of gambling as we only guess whether the price will go up or down, it's not like the trade in general.

Yup trading requires more knowledge and patience to make a profit. There is no comparison b/w trading and gambling both are totally different. The only thing risk is common in both cases. And slightly I agree that trading is also gambling in one point of the way. In both case, we put our money in risk. But the playing method and making profit process is different. 

trading is different than gambling but if you do trading without having knowledge about trading then it same as gambling because you put your money into blind way and you don't have any clue with trading beside that you only risk your money to loss. only sports betting maybe that use knowledge when we want to make a bet.

Yes, it is necessary to have sound knowledge for trading, for example I am going to invest my bitcoin in trading alt coin then it is necessary to have good knowledge about that coin in which I am going to invest. And if I have not knowledge about that coin and still I am going to invest there then it is worst than gambling.

You are right!!!... There are thousand of trading books, courses and related. At least I think one have to learn how to read japanese candlestick and patterns...and maybe that is not enough

In trading, they allow you to invest a small amount and can leverage big money, but if the product loses small % also you in leverage trading, investors can lose very big money or everything.

It is required for every person who want to try their journey in trading to know the basic of trading and that can be achieve by proper studying. that's is our advantage with trading against gambling especially with luck base gambling we can lose in just a glimpse of an eye every bankroll that we have unlike in trading we will lose portion by portion unless we have been scam, also with trading we can do research and we can call out if we felt that the trade will not work and invest it again with other prospect to gain back our loses.

I will add this opinion of mine in your post.In Trading you need a skill to predict price and you must have patient to earn in trading but in gambling you must need a luck in every game and we didn't know if you will earn in gambling.

No , never . we can't say trading is like gambling because in gambling we lost everything and if you will go throughout then we can consider gambling may be give 10-20% profit ( only sometimes ) .
But in trading if we do trading with consiusness then we can make a better amount of profit and Chance to loss initial money is 0.01% .

And also most of the gambling games are just a based luck games but there are some games who are not totally basing their games into luck. But in trading, luck is needed but you need to be skilled enough and you can study very well on how the market is moving. By that way, trading and gambling is totally different from each other.

Gambling is indeed something very dangerous by most people who do this, as we know that the majority of gambling that resulted in huge losses and make the most also get addicted to where when they actually controlled by thoughts about gambling and it is very difficult to get out of the hole. Trading is way better than gambling, as in trading we need a skill and a good experience. Where every experience and skill can easily to make a profit, and also trading is not as bad as gambling

Trading is absolutely for who love to learn and study about new thing. Gambling is only for the lazy because they do not want to do anything except gambling in order to earn money. Why should be trading be banned?It may sounds like gambling but they do really differ at all and as you said we never heard that trading is being banned on some areas or nothing at all.On gambling industry it really depends on which country do you love in.When we compare trading and gambling they do have similarities on the risk involve but most people will still choose to trade rather than on gambling because making profits on trading is high compared on gambling.

i think its different although trading and gambling is make money but the way to make money is not the same. without having skill and info about trading then we are only gambling with the coins. but for gambling, i think we need luck to be a winner.

that's right if we are not well informed about the project that's the time we are gambling whether the coin can be successful or it will fail especially those inside ico they have big risk we cannot say what will be the next thing to happen after the release dump or pump 50/50 chances but if we are wiser we will study the market and look for some  edge to earn.
