I don't think that gambling and trading are alike, gambling is totally dependent on luck and trading is dependent on the credibility of prediction. Gambling is totally uncertain about the results but trading have some positive assurance of getting benefited.. that's why I never do agree on this issue..
yes gambling is pure luck although there is other games that don't depend on luck like sports betting that need a good info to win the games. when someone wants to go in trading market, i am sure that he is not only depend with signal that is on everywhere and i think he wants to learn about the basic of trading so he can do trading with good. |

I think trading is not categorize as a gambling just because trading is more like buy and sell than gambling you are playing with you coins and most of the time of gambling you are depending on your luck. Gambling is an just sort of an entertainment than income that's why people lose all of their money because they think that they can earn more in gambling but the reality is that gambling sites or casino wants your money they intend to make you lose so their business will have more and more money. They might give some people winnings but not all the time, the chances of winning the jackpot is very thin, its just like playing lotto. You don't know if your number are gonna hit but you take your chances and you luck to see if you win but trading is not like that trading is more like, you can see that you are earning and you can check if how much you can earn in the future. I would say I prefer trading than gambling, what you just need is patience and attitude you also consistency so that you know what you are doing. |

Nope. Because trading isn't a bad way of earning profits. In trading you always use your mind and think ehat is the most efficient way and mose good investment so that you money will not go only on nothing and ofcourse to avoid to be scammed. And in trading you will not be greedy just like in gambling the money was very fats to lose. |

No because trading is another way of earning money just like gambling. They will not be ever considered as one because in gambling you will only bet your money and wish to get your luck but in trading you must use your way of analyzing if the one who you will trade is worth and not that scammers. |

No because trading is another way of earning money just like gambling. They will not be ever considered as one because in gambling you will only bet your money and wish to get your luck but in trading you must use your way of analyzing if the one who you will trade is worth and not that scammers. To make it short trading takes time even those short term investments from altcoins. While in gambling it is just a fast way to spend money with a thought of doubling it with also a lot of risk than a trade. Well now, Yolodice is making a difference. Creating other features to make gambling more fun. Visit the thread so you could see. They also make games that could be won for a good starting money. |

This is the one that relates bitcoin gambling and trading. When it terms to the value of risks, trading could be considered gambling since you cannot tell how the market would behave. But, interms of the winning/profit factor, the two became different. In gambling, you strategize, but mostly, you depend on luck. While in trading, you strategize, analyze, plan, and ask for only a bit of luck. You rely more on the figures, charts, facts. But i believe, in investment and finance world,evrything is a gamble. So yes, youre still gambling but in a more educated, carculated, reasonable and safe way. |

If you are a day trader then that is very similar to gambling, with buying and holding altcoins for long term holding you are more investor, but in a way that is a low bet now that can bring huge profit in next years, but requires a lot of waiting. |

Depends on how you treat trading maybe both of them have risk how you can earn if you don't risk right? Much better to grab the opportunity to risk to earn than to risk your momey without assurance of getting it back from gambling , trading can be minimize your lose if the coins doesn't successful to increase or just hold to a months.

They do have risk but comparing them deeply will surely give you a better comparison and you would really definitely say in the end that trading is better gambling and trading will become only a gambling if you do make trades without any proper knowledge and executing your orders without any plans. This way we can really consider that trading can really be like gambling. |

Still taking risk on trading always much better and reasonable one isn't it? Gambling for some people is a game of money that guarantee you to lost when you try to make money of it in the long run. Both have a lot of similarity and yeaaa it is depends how you feel about it. I personally don't think so. |

Have an idea on what we are doing differentiates between trading and gambling ? I do not think so. Because many gamblers are well aware of what they are doing and why they are doing and still making money without the any help from their luck factor. If you mean the analyses part of trading differentiates it from gambling then I agree with you. Because trading does not include any influential thing from luck factor. When a trader is doing his trading just believing in to his lack then his type of trading should be considered as gambling. |

I think when you are gambling, you also have a good idea if what you are doing, the thing is, it is just has a negative result and will be the most bad thing you've done in your whole life. They are different in some aspects but as what you have been said, there will be a some common things that we may consider, in both parties we need to put a higher and big trust on the thing that we have been doing and on our selves, we need also to be patient and we need to take a risk in everything , maybe we can win that or maybe we may be lose. Very different and people dont need to think that they are the same. Good points is as long as you fit to any of them doesn't matter at all.
Te risk in both of them is same only in the case when the person who trade do not have any skills and experience in trade and even do not have knowledge otherwise if he have skills, knowledge and experience then he will earn faster and conveniently in trading rather than in gambling. IN gambling only luck is often beneficial to win. |
