Now that the shoe is on the other foot, many liberals all over America have suddenly become extremely interested in prepping.

Fearing that a Trump presidency could rapidly evolve into a "Trumpocalypse", a significant number of leftists are now stockpiling food, guns and emergency supplies.  In fact, even though many had expected a sharp drop in gun sales following Trump's victory, what actually happened is that fear of what is coming under Trump pushed background checks for gun sales to an all-time record high on Black Friday.  The election of Donald Trump has awakened the left to a degree that we haven't seen in decades, and some on the left are embracing hardcore survivalism without any apologies.

What is ironic about all of this is that on the other end of the political spectrum interest in prepping is probably the lowest that it has ever been in the history of the modern prepper movement.  A couple of weeks ago, I wrote an article about how it was like "a nuclear bomb went off in the prepping community", and nothing has changed since that time.

I don't know what you expect from Trump but he never promised to restrict the ownership of guns. Moreover, he promised to increase spending on the army and to stimulate the growth of the defense industry. You probably weren't listening.

I think that people, specially in America, have tendency for overreacting.
In the ''Cold wear'' era they feared nuclear war.
Now, because of Trump, they fear collapse of the country.
Nothing will happen really, no need of drama.
Trump will be just one more president, good or bad, doesn't matter.
After him, new president will come, and again some people will like him or maybe not, so what is the deal?
People should focus on their own lives and problems, in my opinion.

SUPPOSEDLY A NEW TAPE HAS EMERGED WHICH COULD COMPLETELY DERAIL TRUMP.

Just when you thought it was all over, a new Trump scandal has emerged that could potentially be the biggest one of all. During an interview with KIRO Radio on Friday, comedian Tom Arnold claimed to be in possession of Apprentice outtakes that show Donald Trump using the N-word. There is reportedly other vulgar and offensive language in the outtakes, but Trump could survive being vulgar and offensive. What matters is if he used the N-word in an offensive manner, because that could be significant enough to derail his presidency.

At this point, Tom Arnold has not released the material that he claims to be holding. If he never does, and nobody else come forward with these outtakes, then this scandal will never amount to anything.

But if he does decide to release these outtakes, it could throw the entire country into an uproar. According to the Daily Mail, Arnold believes that what he has is far worse than the Access Hollywood tape in which Trump talked about groping women…
