Purse.IO is a marketplace where one can encash Amazon GC Balance for BTC. 'Buyers' put listings on Amazon items 'Earners' will buy and the 'Earners' will earn the BTC once the order gets delivered. Problem is they have draconian measures on cancellations where they will automatically close the Earner's account w/o any notice should you have a couple of cancellations on your purchases; this in itself makes no sense since Amazon tend to have problems in orders from time to time.

I was an Earner and my account was closed arbitrarily w/o any valid reason. A week ago I bought an item, 5 pcs of cassettes for a buyer, of the 5 pcs only 3 was immediately available so I only ordered 3 pcs, I made it really clear to the buyer (Kenzoken) that we will be contacting Purse Support & that he will be only paying for the three items; he agreed.

Here's where Purse pulls a fast one: Buyer (Kenzoken) confirmed receipt of 3 items, Purse Admins closed the transaction & froze my account due to having 'plenty of cancellations' (I didn't cancel the transaction, they 'closed' it instead of paying me for 3 items) & now I have no idea who has my money. I contacted their support countless times & they told me that my account has no money (might be a fuck up on their part for not confirming the transaction) and that they have no plans of returning my account.

TL;DR It's either: 1. Purse is selectively scamming people on precarious positions by freezing their account and stealing their funds.
2. The Purse admin was an idiot & cancelled my transaction instead of confirming it, returning my money to the buyer (to which he might have withdrawn from the system already) and now they have not a shred of accountability to pay me for their fuck-up.
