[Want to hire] Vue.js tutor

I need somebody who is familiar with vue.js to spend an hour on Skype with me to help me build an application. I do not have much experience with this framework, and I need a live tutor to help me with a project. i am willing to spend $CAD20 for one hour of tutoring. Must be able to answer all my questions and be knowledgeable with the Vue.js framework. Must also be okay with an escrow sitting in on the meeting to ensure I'm getting the best training possible.
