Waiting till there are 102tickets sold will be so long, do you have deathline for the lottery? I mean when there are less than 102tickets sold after e.g 1-2months, then what will you do? Time limit is a must on a lottery game, otherwise people will be feel so doubt to participate because they do not know when the draw will be done.
As I can see this project has started around 2 weeks ago with only 1 person on the 0.1 lottery and other 1person on the 1btc lottery. It is a proof that it is hard to attract people to play on this kind of lottery.
