Coinroyale deposit missing

So I've been playing on coinroyale since bitZino shut down. I haven't made any large deposits yet because I don't get the same feeling of security as I did with bitZino. Up until this point, my deposits have all been credited to my account immediately. This time is different. It has been about 36 hours since i made a deposit. I received the confirmation email from coinroyale's support stating that my deposit has been credited but it has still not shown up in my account. I have emailed both coinroyale emails and also messaged victorhing on the forums with no reply. I have no choice at this point but to make this public. Please resolve this asap coinroyale. My deposit has well over 100 confirmations.

I suggest you move this to Scam Accusation as I think that should get their attention faster. ^^

There was also something very similar to this back in August last year. It was resolved and the funds were properly credited.

Sorry for the late update. It seemed like our bitcoin server was down for a period of time and zdevi's BTC was stucked in the pending log and was never processed. I've process the BTC and also made sure zdevi is properly compensated for the delay.

Though in your case, since you've already received the confirmation email regarding the funds being credited, then it's probably some other bug. Hopefully.
