I would like to get some informations of forum system,because I would like to start a forum. Which hosting do you recommend for forum, which is the best forum system,where can you make ranks as here and and other cool things.

Try SMF, MyBB or PHPBB. They're free to use. Then you can get cheaper hosting like bluehost, hostgator etc. to host the forum.

you can go for traditional but popular system like vBulletin, SMF, myBB etc or can try new modern looking like discourse, nodeBB, vanillaForums.
