Hi, I use electrum that come with Tails, but I dont want use persistent volume and when  I restart computer all is gone. I know this, but what I must do to save  my bitcoins in electrum.I dont want make persistent volume to save my bitcoins in electrum.
What I must save { seed, private keys, labels, history, master public key ...}  when shut down Tails to not loose my bitcoins.

As long as you save your seed you can recover Electrum each time you start TAILS if you do not want to turn persistence on.

You could probably also save your wallet file to a USB stick and then just load the wallet from that USB.

Restoring from your 12 word seed as indicated above might be an easier method that doesn't require a USB drive though. But then you'll have to remember that seed or consult the piece of paper each time you load up Tails.
