Im Selling btc and pm in exchange for skrill the rate  is 16% and we can use escrow

Min  15$
Max 100$

For faster transaction since the official escrow do not usually respond fast we can use some other user as intermediary there are many examples like zarzab ,mnightwaffle,shdvb,alex2012,gavrilo.......

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
