This did look promising but lacked important things like am escrow . which should be basic and first question to ask before investing anywhere.

If i can share my opinion, i would like to suggest Ascendancy coin (IPO live now, and their ANN thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1749935.0 ) and Qtum Coin (Their ANN thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1720632.0 )

I think this coin was being left by the developer, also the team aren't here anymore I think. Their website also is active at the moment. I think the host is not totally functioning. Isn't proof that lithium is a kind of scam coins.?

I have suspected from the very beginning was launched just by looking at this @Triswardhani username that was not too sure that this is a big project and username as familiar to my ears from some people that simply creates altcoin scam

It is not very easy to report to the police about this issue because most of the country do not really care about digital coin. Maybe you can inform it to some hackers online and they may destroy his life. With that amount of Bitcoin, he is really really happy

its truly hard to sue him since all of us here is anon and no trace at all, and same as your though dev of this coin surely happy and enjoying the money he stole from people here, and i beleive that he is just lurking around and reading this thread. We must better be carefull next time for another ico who will go and don't put all in. The police cannot do anything for this since theres no ico scam devs has been seize by the cop.

You wont really be able to sue him. During someone is a lot of work and money. Seeing someone online ober the internet in another country makes it even harder. There so many different laws. Also how will you find this person ? Even if you know their IP and where they live by asking their ISP assuming the allow it which they won't then what will you do ? Open a case of fraud ? This was a free distribution so all he wasted was our time. Sueing won't work for these reasons.
