We're about to get a pretty big bump again.

Difficulty now:   567358
Estimated increase by bitcoincharts:   875009

No.  There's no direct relationship between difficulty and value.

There's probably an indirect one but that also has to take into account all sorts of other factors - eg. the way we've just had a normalisation in price and some of the speculators have run away.
