How long to develop a minimalist "social network"?

I've been wondering this for some time. A social network, but only with the following features:

- Sign up
- Post status
- Like statuses
- Comment on statuses
- Admin panel to log in and remove spam/illegal content
- No photo hosting except profile pic (images in statuses can be embedded though)

How hard is it? It doesn't have to look good, just work as intended.

Forgot to add: No weird algorithms. Your friends' latest statuses shows up first, no exceptions.

no graphics, just plain old html, no css, no javascript, some backend, and Yay!!!

Yes, no graphics (just fontawesome for buttons). Any eventual stylings could be made in the CSS sheet.

Depending on how much time you spent on developing and how familar you are with programming, this shouldn't take way to long.

If you would spent 3-4 hours per day (intensiv, without distraction), you maybe get this done within 1-2 months or less.

its not hard, i think what you want its already exist and we know about instagram, whatsapp, bbm, line, wechat, and else and i consider this is like social network because we meet many people from many places, we have talk with each other, sharing our idea or anything else.
