I do believe op had a domain that he uses to sell some ebook and he had made 4000 dollars with those ebook, doesnt make any sense to sell something that is profitable and that doesnt require you anything to do, this smells as scam and nothing else, its autopilot soo you have nothing to do with those, just wait someone pay.

That what I was thinking that he was selling just from the title of his sale.

A DOMAIN for sale. So it can generate you income with just owning this site.
But from all the posts regarding this sale and the OP not responding to these allegations I am going to say it is what everyone else is saying that it is just an ebook sale of how to create "your own site" to generate income and we all know how those end.
