I think you can not be banned for impersonating someone, although it is really annoying to you. Banning only happens when someone shows really bad behaviour, e.x spamming. Not that this is acceptable, but mods already have their hands full with maintaining the spam that is going on here.
Normally, I'd agree.
But when the attempt to scam is this obvious, (even putting a 'Legendary' in his text space), the mods can/will easily ban it.
Especially if it's a brand new/newbie account. For other ranks however, I think they'd need proof like copy/pasting.(that's a perma ban.)
