Yesterday, after waiting 1 hour for the 6 confirmations, i put an order at 180€ which didn't work, then tryied to put another at 160€ which didn't work either. I couldn't cancel orders because the cancel button was broken. THE WHOLE ENGINE WHAS FUCKED UP.  I withdraw funds and sended to bitcoin-24 which worked just fine when i finally sold at 101€

I LOST 8+ BITCOINS DEALING WITH YOUR ENGINE... and now your update says that my lost is consecuence of your own success?

If the system was just lagging why didn't you put a "DON'T PANIC, WE'RE RUNNING SLOW" SIGN??... or maybe close for maintenance???

My lost is consecuence of your own incompetence and of course mine for trusting your service: That will never happen again.

And the 1000+ seconds lag is not something that just happened yesterday, it is very very very common to see lag in your system. Bitcoin confidence was compromised -AGAIN BECAUSE OF MTGOX-. Yeah, huge success. We're news now.

MtGox is just a joke. What we need are more exchanges, and of course a decentralized system to get rid of you.

Bitching on the forum is not going to help you. If you are unhappy with Mt Gox, do not use Mt Gox. End of story.
