AFAIK, girlbtc.com is banned for "threats", but it has no relationship with their service? ALL he need to learn is , I mean the admin, to follow the rules here.

Not everyone is on this forum for monetary gain. Bitcointalk is supposed to be a hub for Bitcoin related discussion, not a GPT site.

Let me make a list:

• Spamming prior to his ban,
• Ignoring several warnings by Staff as to what he was doing wrong,
• Death threats,
• Ban evasion,
• Spamming after his ban.

There are probably more that I'm forgetting.

Spammers and all around scumbags like girlbtc are not welcome on this forum. This, by extension, involves you too.

Most members of the forum don't care, plus (as your employer has so nicely shown) what would stop several of your alt accounts from doing something that only benefits yourselves?

Lutpin is no where near a 'president'; he isn't even part of the staff team. He does however understand the rules of the forum, something that you and your employer do not. If you understand the rules of the forum (which isn't difficult) then you are likely to know the staff's decisions on matters before they post.

Arent you banned right now? Or do we have 7 hour bans now? You need to wait out your ban before you can do anything else, only exception is discussing your ban(!). This topic is already borderline ban evasion. You start going the same way your employer did. Take a break, come back when your ban is served.

Agreed completely. Come now, this is really getting old. Whether you are an alt of girlbtc, or someone hired by girlbtc, they broke the rules and are no longer welcome here. It would stand to reason that if they are paying you to post for them to plug the same stuff that got them banned in the first place, you will also be banned.

Something I've been noticing a lot about the whole girlbtc situation, is that all parties involved completely misunderstand what it means to ban evade and what the meta section is for. Ban evasion is posting when any of your accounts are currently banned. The one exception to this is limited access to posting in meta regarding your ban/rule clarification or something of the like. It does not mean that you are still allowed to spam, but only in meta.

If your question was: I am girlbtc staff, girlbtc's account was banned, am I allowed to continue posting here on their behalf? That would be a valid Meta thread, you would receive your answer: No, and that would be it. It is not an invitation to continue posting links and advertising the same annoying junk that got girlbtc banned in the first place. There are far too many links and side discussions in this thread to be considered simple rule clarification.

In case that someone attempts to troll either one of us for this (as in a previous thread), I've confirmed what we already knew with theymos:

If a banned person hires someone to post something, then this is ban evasion -- the intermediary is acting as a tool of the banned person in order to post here.

Which is a very valid rational stance towards a problem like this.
