Wuked
What's your incentive for running the pool? You don't charge any fees, and you don't seem to get any rewards from it. Or do you plan to introduce fees or perks later?

I discovered bitcoin, and I wanted to make some software for it - so I made the pool Smiley I was mining on someone else's pool, and it was fine - but I wanted the challenge of making my own.

I'm not charging any taxes on it because I'm using reclaimed hardware and it's hosted with the company I work for.

I've told the members in our chatroom, that if we do need to expand on hardware in the future then I will introduce a tax to cover the cost of that, and if I ever get into the position where it's taking up a large amount of my time then the same may apply.

Come join is in #mineco if you want to know more!

Wuked, can we get a JSON API for workers so that we can check if our miners are still submitting shares?

I wonder why: "Estimated Reward this round" is after 2 days of mining still set to the same number.

Because you still have the same % of the block that hasn't been found yet? Unfortunately this is a block that is over the difficulty rating, and so we are "unlucky" this round.

Saying that... I've just fixed a bug - it should be more accurate now.

This block is a tough one.

Added more info to the users JSON API so you can monitor your workers.

I've just added my puny amount of power to the pool (1 x ION2 @ 3.5MH/s and 20 x CPUs each @ 1MH/s.)  I'm sure that'll help crack this block!

I can btw not change the payout value to below 1.0.
Each time it switches back to 1.0 if I fill in my current password to confirm and press the update button.
Please fix this.

Hello,

Never mind, for some odd reason it worked now.
Again.. this block is a pain in the ass and is making me want to leave this pool.

Hi all,

I've added Mineco.in to btc-poolwatch. If you guys mines on multiple pools, this will provide a 1 page view of all your miner's status.

Please try it out. http://www.btc-poolwatch.com

Tom, Thanks for the heads up on your pool.

Regards,
Koo

BTW Wuked, wanted to thank you for putting this pool together.  I like the idea of smaller pools rather than the gargantuan ones currently around... I hope more people follow Smiley  Ill be sticking around.
