Hello,

Is the same thing still happening?

Hi,

if you're asking me, yesterday around 23:14 UTC+2 all my miners went idle but I did find they were sleeping only this morning Sad and then I rebooted my rigs.

Right now they're working ok, I'll report back if it happens again.

For me, phoenix never worked reliably with network connections. Long Polling would die after a few hours every time (=> no more LP: work pushed). And sometimes it would fail to get new work from the pool, sitting idle until restart.

So maybe you should try poclbm+phatk and see if it works.

Or use DiabloMiner which has much better networking code.

That's awesome. Remember when we were at 40GH?

Actually we have a user who has around 10GH of speed, but is having problems with his power and his internet connectivity. That has caused most of the spikes in the graph as 10GH is over 10% of the pool.

However lots of people are swapping over when a new block starts, and most are staying. Obviously there is some pool hopping going on, but very low scale.

I'm getting 1.9% stales with minecoin, yet 0.1% with another pool.  Is there something going on?

I've been getting about 5% stale shares for the past several hours -- much higher than on any other pool.

Yes. You should try poclbm.

The last version (git clone https://github.com/m0mchil/poclbm.git) Includes very nice features

Me too Cheesy.

Btw.: any of you guys have a payout for block 17 and/or 18 in your wallet yet? Its 2 hours since the site told the payout was made, but it didn't show up in my wallet as of now.

EDIT: never mind, it just showed up, after almost 2 1/2 hours, OMG Grin.

Wuked, will this pool continue to pay proportional or is this just temporary till some better (cheatproof, somehow scorebased) way is implemented? I just watched the stats and it looks like there are lots of pool hoppers (or at least a lot of hopping hashing power).
I really like this pool (ultra low rejected shares, pays fees, nice size, ...) but I have to use another one because I'm not gonna feed the hoppers.  Embarrassed

Hey,

We are going to move to a fairer scoring system shortly, I just need to find the time to program it in.

Give me a few more days Smiley
