We are going to move to a fairer scoring system shortly, I just need to find the time to program it in.

[386.57 Mhash/sec] [649 Accepted] [42 Rejected] [RPC (+LP)]  <- really not that good.

Why the frell so many retards spell "ect" as an abbreviation of "Et Cetera"? "ETC", DAMMIT! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Et_cetera

I also continue to get a high stale rate (5-6%) on this pool compared to other pools. Why is that?  I'm using Phoenix 1.50 with the phatk kernel.

I loved Minecoin when it was under 40ghps.  For some reason, the stales are higher now.

I haven't had a stale on my favorite pool in over 36 hours (7,000+ shares).  Maybe there is something that Wuked can do, something he's overlooked?

I'm planning on getting another pool server up soon to compliment the current one, which should help improve things!

I've looked on the site and in the first few posts in this thread (especially the OP), but I can't seem to find a donate address? Where can I send some coin to help with hosting costs, since there are no fees. I want to see this pool (and others like it) stay around for a while. Where can I send a coin or two to?

Also, in case it wasn't obvious above: Thank you for this pool! I moved here from eligius (which has been having server issues) and used to use DeepBit (which has fairly high fees),  and I couldn't be happier! THANK YOU FOR THIS POOL!

I'm working on it, it doesn't seem to be a problem for everyone, just a few.

I've just made a few changes, please let me know if you see any difference in stale/invalid shares.

That's cool you tried something. +1.

Also, you can use the [edit] button on your posts to avoid multiple posting back-to-back. Smiley

The fix seems to be working for me -- stale rate down to 1.3% after mining overnight.

Whatever you did improved a lot. Stales went down from some 5% to 10% to less than 1%. Of the last 2000 shares, only 15 were rejected.  Smiley

I think there was just a bug in the banner generator... I had a similar issue where it was reporting 0MH/s for me, but it is working correctly now.

It also seems that the banner is either the 30-min average, or for the average of the previous 10 minutes, so they won't always add up correctly.
