Is it possible that the miners will decide not just an empty math and solve the real problem of the type clotting or combining of proteins.

The proof of work algorithm does not "solve math", but yes it can be changed.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

The coin would have to be changed completely to be able to solve other real world problems.

There was an altcoin called Curecoin that attempted to do something like this but doesn't seem like it really gained much of a userbase.

Primecoin was another example of hashing speeds being used for something other than solving equations, having said that. Though it is not fully economical - it isn't empty, in the sense that it does contribute to the security of the network which in itself is valuable given the size of the network now.

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the world, and lose his own soul?

It's possible but the whole point is that the system is able to sustain itself using it's own miners following it's own protocols, no?
