Yup, it's what most of the key sellers do (i.e. see "steamgames" - he bids on low key prices on BitMit and resells)

It is the deal. Some people can't sell the code even for $23. Its just a quick way to grab up some cash . I also buy in quantity.

$34.99 - 13% eBay fee -3% PayPal fee.  So the can get $29 or so. Then factor in the fact that PayPal is a scammers paradise and you have less than 90% chance of actually keeping the money. I'm not forcing anyone. I'm just 1 option.  A secure one at that. If you can get someone else to buy your codes at more money by all means do it.
