Well i did not find any hidden charges, everything is clear to me

that is the point

card is secure and very good for one time payment
it is not better than any other cards, it is just unique product that no one has

Even if the amount is withdrawable, I don't think that the validity that they are providing is good enough.
As well as, the charges are higher enough to let everyone think twice before opting for this service, as there are many other services available with better rates and more validity, and those cards are also anonymous.

HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank already started Prepaid Credit Card which is working same like Virtual Credit Card or Like Credit Card and accepted every where like Paypal etc. Its better to use them instead any anonymous websites.

Personally i used HDFC CC and it is working smooth with paypal. Also used it for paying my hosting bills. ICICI Bank Debit card is also accept internationally , but make sure you have VISA card not Master Card. Because both are different standards. 

Anonymous cards are risky i think. Also if they belongs to bitcoin it is more risky. So precaution is better then cure. Use more secure card which atleast you can track and claim back if ever got fraud. Rest is upto users usage.
