I think you just have to be the first to hit that roll after that many bets have been rolled.

The flash bet will still be disabled.

You must be the first to post it in the thread. (If you are 2nd to roll it but first to post it, you are the winner.) So get many accounts isn't a big avantage. On bitsler, you cannot get more than 2 accounts.
