What your means? It's blockchain network or blockchain wallet? If the network it's impossible, it's like you try hacking the internet. If the wallet service it's has been a serious problem for over past 2 years ago, you can googling people lost so much btc storing in blockchain wallet, their service also has been removed from bitcoin.org wallet list.

Yep, authour you are confusing couple terms here. Blockchain.info <-- if you mean that by saying blockchain, that only this website knows how they store passwords so you should ask them. If you mean blockchain as the true one and only bitcoin blockchain, its not realted to your password at all

I suppose you mean blockchain.info, what would happen if it gets hacked? That is difficult to know but if a hacker get its hands on your private keys then you are done for, that is why is discouraged in the forum to have an online wallet and instead it is recommended to have your own desktop wallet.

Once blockchain.info had been hacked if the hackers were owning the data which includes all the private key then you're done but you still have the time to send the bitcoin from your address to the newest one by submitting your private key to another wallet and then you will own your address back, as long as you're faster than the hacker because the bitcoins were distributed into many addresses and unlike exchangers which centralize their bitcoins into one wallet called hot wallet so the hackers will have inconvenience regarding to how they can steal the whole bitcoin inside the private key they have owned from the database CMIIW and about password, even if you have such a super strong password but if the hackers were owning the database containing list of users' password and without any encryption by the blockchain.info themselves then whether your password was strong or not it really doesn't matter, your password will more likely to be leaked or revealed easily from the database

If you're talking about the blockchain, theoretically it is impractical to hack it. But if you're talking about the blockchain.info wallets, then that is a different matter. If the hackers hack the complete list of private keys in the blockchain.info servers then they can just send every bitcoin in every private key they are managing. They would not need passwords if they get the private keys.

Well, Do not say that issue. it's not lucky for this time. But I still ready for this situation. If this happens, I will use all my saving money to buy some bitcoins when it's too cheap. I think it's very hard to happen.

what blockchain.info does is that they encrypt the wallet file (that plain text that you said) with a pretty good encryption technique called AES-256-CBC and does the encryption inside your browser and then saves the encrypted file on their cloud. so even if the hacker hacks blockchain.info he will get the encrypted version and has to decypher it first. and if your password was decent enough he can not do anything. https://blockchain.info/wallet/how-it-works

First, let's forget about this what if's or else. But with my opinion on it, the hacker must be that tough and patient enough to encrypt all the private keys in blockchain.info if he was able to get into its database. And blockchain is also requiring a confirmation to the users email address to get into his account. But in real talk, I don't really think that blockchain does have that lite security that an hacker can get into its database.

Blockchain.info wallet saves encrypted wallets while the encryption of wallet is done on client side so they don't store user passwords. And for hacker to access bitcoin inside those wallet files they need to brute force encrypted wallet and it may take them really long time/effort to decrypt it. Also it will be hard for hacker to find out actual wallet that contain large amount of bitcoin.
However its always better not to store heavy amount of bitcoins in web wallets.

Let's just assume he somehow managed to get plain text from the hacked hashes. What's next ? Is he going to make his own unique identifier? No.Will he get access to the unique url by contacting blockchain.info ? Yes,if he has the mnemonic phrase chances of which are zero.
