Can a monthly bank statement be used for verification on mtgox

I have a drivers license or passport , that part was easy.

As far as uploading a previous bill though. I don't have power, internet, phone, tv , etc etc bills in my name.  I do however get my monthly bank statements in the mail. Would this be an acceptable form to use for mtgox verification?

Is that accepted. I do have car insurance, will need to double check if it's still in my name. 

The problem I'm having is that although I'm from America and I technically still live there I have been on an extended trip traveling around.  So America is my HOME but since I'm not there every day I cancelled pretty much all my monthly bills in my name.
