Hello,

1. https://www.gainbitcoin.com  has Amit Bharadwaj/Kumar as one of promoter
2. http://gbminers.com is project from the Amaze Mining & Blockchain Research Ltd. This Amaze mining and blockchain Research Ltd is a firm by Amit Bharadwaj as well.
3. http://gbminer.com is another site which has same layout as gainbitcoin.com

As per the gainbintcoin.com supporters/investors/devotees  this  gbminers.com is a mining platform and gainbitcoin.com is just a customer portal.

Interestingly with the reference of https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/5dryfh/psa_gbminerscom_is_backed_by_gainbitcoincom_ponzi/   gbminers.com claim that they are NOT related to the gainbitcoin in any way.

Now these are two opposite claims from both sides having same owner create confusion.   With further verification of information provided in https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/5dryfh/psa_gbminerscom_is_backed_by_gainbitcoincom_ponzi/      they claim that gbminers.com is product of http://darwinlabs.io.  Now on darwinlabs.io does not mention anything about gbminers.com at all.  The reply is from some sanjay@gbminers.com . This user is also active on bitcointalk.org as well. Check the email shared by this user.  One of reference to the threads from user is :

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1651343.msg16590743#msg16590743

Now bit question is "Are gainbitcoin.com and gbminers.com and gbminer.com related to each other at all?"

Does anyone has any more information on relation between  gainbitcoin.com and gbminers.com and gbminer.com?

We are the first Bitcoin Mining Pool from India and Biggest from outside China. GBMiners is a product of Amaze Mining & Blockchain Research Ltd.
Ref

GBminers is owned by Amaze Mining & Blockchain Research Ltd which is one of Amit Bhardwaj's "firm".

Quote
Gainbitcoin is a leased Hashing Cloud server provider, An Initiative by Mr. Amit Bhardwaj(founder, Highkart.com), Gainbitcoin has combined the innovative Bitcoin mining technology and the Strength of Network marketing.
Ref
Amit Bhardwaj also owns Gainbitcoin. Funnily enough, there is no mention of any team member or a company on GainBitcoin's website. (https://www.gainbitcoin.com/about-us.php)

Darwinlabs doesn't state Amit Bhardwaj in their team members, but instead Sahil Bhagla is the CEO at Darwin Labs.

Quote
This Indian mining pool, known as GBMiners, recently received an undisclosed amount of funding from Amit Bhardwaj, who is also a co-founder of the the new venture.

Quote
According to GBMiners’s Sanjay Goswami, the mining pool mined their first block on August 30th. Goswami explained how GBMiners came together when two of the founders of Darwin Labs were introduced to Bhardwaj at a party:

“Nikunj [Jain] and Sahil [Baghla] were introduced by someone to Amit [Bhardwaj] at a party, and Amit ran huge amount of mining power, spread across all major pools,” said Goswami. “We had just got interested in cryptocurrencies and were trying to decide our first product, and seeing our energy and enthusiasm, Amit said, ‘I have an idea we can work on together.’”
Ref

Apparently, GBMiners is a joint venture between Darwin Labs & Amit Bhardwaj.

I wonder what GB stands for in GBMiners. (Probably GainBitcoin)

Indeed Mr. Sahil and Mr. Amit know each other.  Apparently recent article from Mr. Amit got first reply from Mr. Sahil.  [1] .  And it might be true that gbminers is  join venture of Darwin labs and Mr. Amit.

Interestingly, Mr. Sanjay   who answers most of queries/questions related to the gbminers has also replied to above article.

That clears the doubt to the great extent.

Hello All!

With recent speculations regarding Bitcoin's legal status and our association with GBMiners, we have been approached by multiple journalists in the past few weeks with respect to our association with the latter.

I would like to clarify the following with regard to the same:

a) In the past Darwin Labs has been a software vendor for GBMiners, and has had no other relationship with the entity in whatsoever capacity.

b) Darwin Labs, it's founders or employees are not associated with GBMiners anymore, which implies we are not even their software vendors anymore. We have absolutely no commercial/professional relationship with GBMiners or Amit Bhardwaj at all.

We have not done any harm to anyone during the period of our association, nor do we wish to pass judgements on someone else’s way of working but owing to the negative attention that our client has attracted in the recent past, we decided not to be associated with the firm/brand or its owner in any professional/technological capacity.

Bitcoin Mining requires a special hardware which stores and validates the transaction in Bitcoin's Blockchain. We are not subject experts on hardware operations involved in Mining or its economic viability and have very little understanding of the matter. It is our lack of understanding of the subject that led us to work for GBMiners as a software vendor without understanding their source of funds or their business model.

We still do not understand the workings of either GBMiners or an entity called GainBitcoin, which are rumoured to be both run by the same person, which gives us an opportunity to state that we have absolutely no relation whatsoever with GainBitcoin. We are not fully aware of the workings of GainBitcoin or even the relationship between GainBitcoin and GBMiners.

Regarding Satoshi Studios, we had, at a point raised money from Amit Bhardwaj, among other investors, but thankfully, before we could issue shares, we realised that accepting this money is not in the best interest of Satoshi Studios, hence, we have returned all the money and absolutely severed all professional/economic relations between Satoshi Studios and Amit Bhardwaj.

Satoshi Studios will now be funded by Darwin Labs.

To reiterate, Darwin Labs or any of its three founders, namely, Sahil Baghla, Ayush Varshney and Nikunj jain, or any of it's employees, have absolutely no commercial/professional relationship whatsoever with Amit Bhardwaj, GBMiners or GainBitcoin in any manner whatsoever.

Regarding Darwin Labs, we are building applications and infrastructures on Blockchain, Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence. We are building multiple products and services and helping other businesses to adopt to these technologies. And we shall continue to push the boundaries of innovation in these domains in the next few years.

Hey Sanjay,

It seems that you didn't just provide them the software, but managed their website's payouts as well.
Ref:

Hi,

We are doing daily payouts from last 2 weeks. Also,We are trying to clear all the payouts from the past.
I am managing the GBMiners.com. You can mail me for any queries.
We are keeping the minimum payout threshold as 0.01 BTC
I am really sorry for the payment issues in past.

Thanks,
Sanjay Goswami

It is a good decision to not have any tie-ups with Amit Bhardwaj. Glad you finally saw through his bullshit.
I wish you the best of luck with your ventures. I would like to know more about your products, if you can refer me to a link or something.

Only public companies in India can mention just 'ltd.' in their name and private ones will have to mention 'pvt. ltd.'
I cannot find either companies in registrar of India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Could you mention why Darwin labs cut off all relations with Mr. Bhardwj's ventures?
Is this because Mr. Bharadwaj  bought a Oil wells/Goldmine/diamond mines  recently and didn't give any partnership to you guys? Wink

Only Mr. Bhardwaj could respond to this point, because all google search about this firm shows 'Ltd' and does not have any information on whether it is registered in any country or not.
