If you were here in 2011 (I was using several other accounts that got banned), you are probably feeling the same way as me right now.

Let's just say that the events that unfolded yesterday are far more exciting to those in the know than the explosive growth we recently experienced.

Not going to spoil it for the newbies, they need to learn this lesson for themselves...

Is there any way to short bitcoin or play the downside?

I saw the IG markets spread betting option but what else is there?

Would be cool if some of you oldschool guys would be bored enough to actually pick some of the 2011 quotes and put them together with the current ones. I guess what you mean is that back then you witnessed many ppl popping up out of nowhere trying convince everyone the BTC value is ok and is actually waaaaay lower than it should be.

I was here. I still have almost all the bitcoins I purchased before the 2011 bubble (some I have wasted in losing bets). Sold pretty much all I got after the bubble around $190.

I was born from 2011, basically.

Given what you said back then, why are you still making statements about what could hurt Bitcoin in the long term, like you have ever cared?
