There is a market-pegged asset inside the Extreme blockchain named BTC. Anyone holding 1 BTC or more of it can exchange it with me for real BTC.
These assets are market-pegged. For it to exist, someone must be willing to back it up with XTR as collateral. So all BTC inside Extreme are backed up by XTR.

The BTC you create will be yours. But your XTR will be locked up until you decide to destroy the BTC.

when i try to borrow i see debt available 0.00023 BTC
so i input 0.00023 BTC and 50k XTR as collateral
and after confirm, got that error

ok i tried to borrow myself using your data, same error. that means someone's undergoing a settlement. i'll try putting sell orders if it gets taken.
