Why you not try make gambling for chess game, it will bet for any match member vs member or member vs AI (website).. I think it will a good, because a years ago there was member here also like to make this gambling chess site...

Unique idea doesn't comes for free. you can search for an idea all over google but it will not be a unique one, better copy to the proven casino website and make an improvements

i don't mean to disappoint you but ideas don't come free or even cheap and nobody is going to give away their good ideas. i tried that once and never got anything apart from so many cheap suggestions.

and sometimes some ideas seem to be good but when you put them to work you realize you were alone in thinking it good.

that is why people stick to dice, and things that have shown promise that people are going to like and play. that is why instead of looking for a golden idea you should look for what players like to play and do that.

If I were ask if I will create a gambling self my own i will make a pvp game , Example two people will play a game that is third party to your gambling site ex.(Tekken ,Need for speed) , Then the one who win will get the bet of other player.

A competition sort of game where players deposit and then wait for the result ?

It is quite boring and slow plus any site that includes multiplayer gambling needs to be provably fair since the house might cheat otherwise. I guess better than this would be a perfect roulette site which actually has tons of betting options on roulette, like sum of next three throws will be less than 25 and so on.

Maybe "unique" should not the goal of the aspiring and new gambling sites. Look for the best service in the market and try to make a better version of that. I say this because everything that there will be in gambling sites is already out there and available. Well i don't know what do you mean with unique ideas for gambling, is it new gambling game or modify old gambling game.
I think the most esensial on building gambling website is we must have much capital for first before make the gambling game.
Gambling website needs much promotion and it is mean will needs much capital too.

Capital is a must for some huge site, but you can start a gambling site just with some low capital too but of course you need to increase it soon or later. Anyway some of them may be trying to make their site attrative just using this kind of method. More people will come if your site is attrative although you dont have really huge bankroll

if you can start a casino and have games that people can play peer to peer (p2p) which is playing against other humans instead of playing against the house or in other words playing against a computer, i think you can be successful.

the only thing you have to do is come up with a way to host those games and let people play and still make money as the house in a ways that doesn't ruin the players experience.
