I have two separate browser apps, and Blockchain says neither is supported at their site (both being outdated). As far as I know, the Android Internet app updates itself, so why is this even an issue?

Can someone recommend me a browser app that Blockchain will accept?

I tried contacting support, but I just get directed to a bullshit 'faq' list that is not very helpful at all.

Update your browser sir, what browser are you using? Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE?? you need to update browser in order the blockchain to be fully working. Or use a mobile application of blockchain. https://blockchain.info/wallet/android-app

Why using browser if you can still see your account through their application? Dont use online wallets. I suggests you to use mycellium or electrum. Its easy to use and i think its safe enough to store your funds there. Its up to you how you can keep your funds safe because you are the only one who is controling your fund. Online wallets have third party. There are some instance that they suspends accounts. I dont know why. Just read their terms of agreement.

YOU ARE WELCOME Smiley

Thank you, I was trying to save space on my phone, but I suppose 4mb isn't much.

I don't know what the Android browser is. Blockchain says it's Chrome, but the app name is "Internet", you know the default one that comes with an Android system? It updates on its own, so I don't understand why it's not working or why it's out of date. I'd hate to have to download another browser just for this. I do have limited space.

I really don't have the time to learn about hard wallets, I'm not tech savvy. I haven't used any real money to buy btc yet, most of what I got is just from minor tasks (faucets and gambling). I just use it to fart around, like a universal gaming currency. I have under $50 worth, so if the site got hacked, it's no big deal for me.

As for suspending accounts: some don't accept gambling (or illegal activity) last I knew Blockchain was okay with igambling, which is why I wanted to log in and check my balance. But you're right, I should check their terms again. Things may have changed.

Edit: got logged in through the app, so that's cool, thank you. I'll just use that for now..

So it looks like you got your problem solved so better lock this thread and also for future don't rely on default internet browser that comes within android phone. Better to have chrome installed (i think it come pre-installed in latest android versions).

I am using blockchain.info mobile app in my android phone for very long time without a single problem.
