It may be a repeated or old question but I am interested to know what was the purpose of creating bitcoin?
I am pretty sure that there is a hidden purpose of bitcoin rather than being a coin.
well actually I don't have any idea what was the purpose of bitcoin at first but I think, at starting year of bitcoin after it was made the purpose is make it as an alternate for fiat as a secondary medium for transaction or maybe it is just supposed to be an experiment until it became some thing that appears to us now .
If you could able to read the whitepaper of satoshi nakamoto then you could able to read on the thing why its being created which is peer2peer transaction without any involvement from other person,institution etc. but seeing on the movement and progress of bitcoin we could say it spread its benefits on online transactions.
