I was thinking people buy cheap coins, and price go up.
Why it keep going down today too
Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

These are NOT cheap coins yet.  People will be buying when the coins are really cheap again.  That's somewhere in the double digits range

MtGox is currently being attacked again. Trading is very lagged.

People seem more inclined to sell blindly than buy blindly. I wouldn't make any conclusions about the price until trading is normal again.

Government doesn't have to make BTC illegal, just make the general population lose faith in it.
