So, this has been bothering me a little bit.
Does memory clock affect mining? and how?
I currently have R9 280X with 1500 mhz memory clock (haven't touched it myself), should I do anything with it? downclock maybe, unless that'd be bad for mining? (I am mining equihash algo at nicehash btw)
Would downclocking let temps down a little or no? Anyone actually does it? I did hear some people do it, not sure though.
Thanks.
the clock affect the hashrate.....................but if you overclock too much the system crashes
. why should you downclock? it's alredy low the hashrate

perhaps you should downvolt it to save energy.
just let go the fans at the maximum speed while you're mining............and the temperature will go at normal levels
