Id's/digital accounts are not accepted as a valid collateral by lenders at bitcointalk.Fake id's/accounts could be easily bought online.

You are a newbie here, so you better read some stickies first.
It would be better though that you did it before asking a loan here but never say never...

Do you think I'm going to go to all that trouble with fake ID for a £28 train tic? As well as me taking a pic next to it? And with trusted feedback on another site, as I said I'm looking for a loan and unless you can help please don't reply, as all that stuff in that post I have, but cant get it to the loaner in time, with address, passport, and good feedback I don't see why thats not enough, proven track record of trust already

These things that you offer is not consider here, in this Forum, as Valid Collateral.
Maybe you should try and request a Loan from some site providing Loan Services...

If actually 28 Euros is such a small amount for you then why don't you ask the traders whom you traded with ? Like you said you have trades on LBC so ask those guys maybe ? They will trust you more than me and other members here.
Plus why dont you seek local help friend ?
