No, it's impossible to give such rewards. Bitcoin price is high now, also faucets can't use Adsense to get revenue. They can't give high rewards, mostly faucets give ~100 satoshi per claim.
I remember some faucets give 1000 satoshi per claim year or two ago, but then bitcoin price was more than 2x lower.

I hope now it is very difficult that much high amount because every faucet is running based on adds rotating on their site so it not possible for them to 1000 satoshi at a time and even now the price of bitcoin is also very high. You can collect some, save them, and use at various of places. I have, and now I have over 4m satoshi. It's not completely a waste of time, not when you consider it more like a game-- how many hours do we waste playing video games? At least this way we're making something that you can use. It's productive, if you're using it as entertainment, but not if you're doing it for a job.
