What if I told you that if you give me all your money that I'm 100% sure that I'll repay you?

Your word means nothing, especially considering the fact that your account could have been made in less than a week.

What if i assure you that i can give my laptop and my hard disk as collateral , will you then agree to make a negotiation with me?

My laptop

My hard disk.

So, you are offering to pay to send these to a trusted escrow and if accepted as collateral, pay to send them back to you after the loan is repaid? Keep in mind, used electronics quickly lose value.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

If you are not interested in having electronic devices then how about having my paypal account that is having around 1100$ approx.

You really need to read the stickies on what is acceptable collateral.
Why not use your Paypal balance instead of asking for an unsecured loan?

Those arent worth the amount youre asking, and like KWH said, electronics lose value easily. You could take those to a pawn shop and pawn them.

I think you do not see it. Rank doesnt states if you get a loan, its either trust or collateral against the loan. If you have the right collateral right now and that it worth 120% of what youre asking, you could get a loan right now. And, you may also have to prove that youre the owner of this account due to you changing the password a couple of days ago.

Also, you can lock the thread yourself.
